The project is estimated to be starting in the $500,000s to over $1,000,000, featuring a 33-Storey South Tower and 21-Storey North Tower which will include a total of 751 units. The building will also have 34,000sf of high end indoor & outdoor amenity spaces on the 1st and 9th floor. Untitled Toronto is nearby the Yonge Street Subway Line and the LRT and surrounded by many retail stores, cafes, restaurants and entertainment. Untitled is estimated to be completed in 2024 and will be located on 110 Broadway Avenue at the Yonge & Eglinton neighbourhood in Toronto.
