• • Exterior walls are clad with a combination of siding, brick, and stone, accented with other materials according to the Vendor's predetermined architectural color schemes and specific plans.
  • Exterior paint colors are selected based on the Vendor's predetermined schemes.
  • The roofing includes self-sealing shingles and/or metal roofs (as per plan) from the Vendor's color schemes.
  • Maintenance-free aluminum and/or vinyl soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts.
  • Front entry doors come with a grip set and deadbolt for security.
  • Exterior light fixtures are installed on the front elevation and at all exterior doors, including detached garage doors, according to the model type.
  • Lots are professionally graded and sodded.
  • Precast slab walkways and steps are included as required, with precast slabs at the rear garden/sliding door to detached garage, as per model type.
  • Cold cellars and poured concrete porches are included where the grade permits, according to the model type.
