Bogert Condos is a new condo and townhouse development by Greatwise Developments. The project will feature modern condo buildings with wide terraces and a mix of 6-storey high stacked townhouses that will run along Sheppard Avenue, the community will boast new roads and walkways and a new public park for the estimated 1,617 units. Bogert is estimated to be completed in 2021 and will be located on 325 Bogert Avenue, North York. Bogert will also have nearby public transportion options such as Sheppard-Yonge TTC Station.
